This poster is a visual interpretation of ‘The Electro-Library’, a manifesto written by El Lissitzky in 1923, created for an exhibition at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague.

Inspired by the statement “The printed surface transcends space and time,” the project takes the sundial as its central reference. The original installation explored typography as a spatial and temporal experience: the text could only be read from above, as the sundial’s shadow revealed the letters arranged across its surface. The final poster, produced using silkscreen printing, translates this three-dimensional typographic experiment into a two-dimensional printed composition.
